Overview of Texas Medicaid Waiver Programs with Panel Discussion This session will provide a brief overview of the different Texas Medicaid Waiver Programs and a panel discussion. Panelists include: Yolanda Fuentes with The Arc's CLASS program, Tony Ritter with Advantage Care Services, and a parent of children who are receiving waiver funding.
