Not many other edible things can claim something like that.” ~ Sergio Cuadra, Winemaker Fall Creek Vineyards Sergio has made the Texas Hill Country his home as Director of winemaking at Fall Creek Vineyard where they received top recognition in wine competitions. Originally from Chile Sergio has made wine at the most renowned Chilean wineries, Concha y Toro and Caliterra (Mondavi’s Chilean partnership), the sister company Errazuriz.
