Allied Properties Management group is looking for a Full-Time, experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor at the Benson Gardens Apartments in Omaha, NE. Salary Range: $18.00-$22.00 Responsibilities: • Make Ready/Turning Units in between tenants • Resolve tenants’ maintenance-related queries and complaints as they arise • Work with the Property Manager on a daily or as needed basis • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority • Manage a preventative maintenance program • Lead Apartment Showings • Manage coverage of a cell phone • Able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems • Scheduling of repairs that warrant special technical skills Requirements: • 2+ years’ experience in the maintenance field • Valid Driver’s License • Proficient at using a smartphone and computer • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive Pay • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance • Paid Holidays • Paid time off ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
