A sound bath with Cosmic Hearts at The Elm Estate , outside on the grass under the moon and stars. Join us <3 ease bring a yoga mat or pad to lay on , and a water bottle. Bring your own blanket, and pillow and dress warm and comfortably. To ensure your coziest experience we highly suggest and encourage you bring these items. About us- " Cosmic Hearts" are a sound healing meditation group, featuring facilitators, Cheryl Bowers, Jonny Cosmic, and Chance Utter. Your musical journey orchestrators, whom weave a soundscape of sounds created by a beautiful and unique collection of instruments including, crystal quartz sound bowls, metal singing bowls , didgeridoo, world percussions drumming, chimes, bells, hand drums, flute chanting and singing. Our reiki and energy workers /practitioners Blaire Zika, Merlissa Ennis and Chaz Green all reside locally, sharing there many offerings and gifts to our community... will be conducting hands on and off personal healing sessions throughout the sound bath.
