Hosted by Myrtle Beach Premier Events and K-Bar Farm’s Homestead Junction! Free admission to the public and free parking. Arts, crafts, food trades, and more locals for our locals. Come support our community and enjoy a Saturday of fun and shopping. Vendors, make sure you grab your spot! Fill out an application and be prepared pay in the application. *** All direct sellers must reach out and get permission to move forward with the application and payment. You have two hours once you get permission to message Myrtle Beach Premier Events and state which event you wish to apply for and which direct seller you are. If you make a payment without this permission there are absolutely no refunds if there is a spot for a future date we can potentially credit you for a future event date please note many direct seller spots are completely booked for the 2021 year.*** Our Tanger 501 Events host a monthly nonprofit July‘s nonprofit is surf dreams foundation a portion of proceeds of the event and event T-shirt sales benefit our months nonprofit . By booking this event you agree to all contract terms. We have several events in our future. Review the "VENDOR SPACE OPTIONS" for Tanger and Murrells Inlet Craft Shows, Holiday Market, Quarterly Yard Sale, or Tasty Tuesday. Event Contact: [email protected] For you to be a vendor with Myrtle Beach Premier Events you MUST COMPLETE this form to participate in the event. Vendor terms and agreement will be listed on the notes portion here in this application- by submitting payment you are confirming that you are in agreement. **Space availability is limited and will be based on those that have completed payment on invoices. Submitting an application does not secure your spot. We may reject anyone for any reason. If you have ever been banned from one of our events, even though this is an open application, if you apply there will be no refund and your payment will be forfeited. **Direct Sales (DS) spaces will be automatically limited to one space per company and the amount of spots. We are limiting the amount of DS spaces. You must message Myrtle Beach Premier Events and get permission, in writing, for the event date and your direct seller organization in order to move forward with the application. You must complete this within two hours or your spot will be skip to the next person. Direct sales persons must also put in the name section, your name and your company name.For example paparazzi, tupperware, and so forth .. an example would be Pam Thompson Tupperware. By completing and paying this event sign up you agree to all terms. Including no refunds for any reason. -All events will run from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and 11 to 4pm on Sunday (when Sunday is applicable) All vendors are required to be there for the entire event. You are not permitted to start breaking down until we announce the official end of the event. -Please be sure to do your part to help make this a success! Cross promote every week from now until the day of the event via social media, flyer postings, newsletter outreach, and word of mouth to your followers. It is extremely important that all vendors cross promote to ensure the highest amount of traffic flow for the event. To break it down- If each vendor brings 10 people we will have a fantastic turn out! SHARE SHARE SHARE!!! - Talking negatively about any event looks bad on everyone, not just the host. Refrain from negative talk. If you are doing such, we have the right to remove you from the lineup, without a refund. - Submitting this application is not a guarantee to showcase at the event. If you have not been approved as a direct seller, your payment is forfeited. However, it may be possible to credit to a future event, but there is no guarantee by not getting pre-approval, immediately filling out and paying for your spot after messaging Myrtle Beach Premier events for approval. You run the risk of forfeiting not approve payment. If you have been banned from Myrtle Beach Premier Events Events and you try to slip in by making an auto payment you will forfeit any payment made. - Wifi is not guaranteed to be available onsite at the event. Please be sure to have your own source (hotspot) available to support your booth needs for the event. Event host is NOT responsible for this at the event. * You are responsible to provide your own credit card processing and ample change. -Table cloth to the GROUND is REQUIRED at all Tanger events. This is NOT negotiable. You can not participate if you do not have a table cloth. Please make sure your tablecloth is secure and not a tripping hazard. Inlet Square Mall is strongly encouraged. - If your setup includes a tent, the tent must be anchored down with weights. If it is not you absolutely may not use a tent even for indoor events. (Tanger awning spots may not use tents as they block the walk way) -You are responsible for providing your entire display. Table and chairs are NOT provided. Only you know what you need! Please also take everything out that you brought. Do not leave large trash. Clean up your spot as nice or better than when you arrived! Also, please take the tape marking off the floor to help with cleanup. -Someone must be present at your table the entire event. Myrtle Beach Premier Events / Kearney Family Enterprises LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. -As a vendor you are permitted to pull your vehicles into the designated areas of the parking lot to set up your space, but this is for quick drop off only. ALL vendors are required to immediately move vehicles to the designated area for parking. THANK YOU!!! Do not park in ANY fire zones at Inlet Square Mall even to unload. NEVER DRIVE ON WALKWAYS ! (Yes this has happened more than once; you will be told to leave with no refund). -K-Bar Farm’s Homestead Junction welcomes vendors to enjoy 10% off all K-Bar Farm products, Lulus Closet, Farm fresh Elderberry syrup, produce, and more. Come on by and see us, say hi, and grab a complimentary bottle of water! - If you have not paid for this event you may not participate in any form. Monthly nonprofit must fill out the application too. By completing this application you agree to all terms. Waiver and Release of Liability in consideration of permission from West C Street Holdings, LLC, Inlet Square Mall, Tanger Outlet, Chris and SarahAnn Kearney, K-Bar Farm, K-Bar Farm's Homestead Junction, and Kearney Family Enterprises LLC (Collectively, "Host") for participating as a vendor at any of the advertised events (the "activity"), the undersigned acknowledges ad agrees to as follows: 1.) There is an inherent risk of injury from my presence at and/or participation in, the activity. 2.) I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to my presence at, and/or participation in, the activity, both the risks known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence or misconduct of the releasees (as hereinafter), and I assume full responsibility for my attendance and/or participation in the activity. 3.) If I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence at, or participation in, the activity, I will remove myself from participation in such activity and bring such to the attention of the nearest official or representative of the host immediately. 4.) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, family and next of kin, HEREBY WAIVE ANY CLAIMS AGAINST, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Host, and its members, partners, managers, officers, directors, board members, agents, employees and/or lenders, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners, and lessors of premises used to conduct the activity (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Releasees"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss of damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OR MISCONDUCT OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE. 5.) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, family and next of kin, hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees against any loss, costs, damages, liens, expenses (including attorneys' fees), lawsuits, claims, procedures, actions, or other liability claimed or imposed upon the Releasees for any property damage or loss, personal injury of any kind, illness and or death, whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. I agree to defend and indemnify Releasees from any claim, cost, or expense arising from or relating to my acts or omission or alleged acts or omissions while participating in the activity. 6.) The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing waiver and assumption of risk agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law, of the state of South Carolina and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is expressly agreed that the remaining terms and conditions shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. At any time the terms to this agreement may change with or without notice. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND FULLY INTEND THIS AGREEMENT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AS TO THE ABOVE RELEASEES TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, I SIGN THIS AGREEMENT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY. By completing this application you agree to all terms Finally, if the event is cancelled by the Event Organizer for any reason an email will be sent to notify those on our vendor list (please make sure to submit your correct email information and follow up with it ). Any paid fees will be credited to the next market date at our discretion. Vendors are responsible for compliance with applicable city, county, state, and federal regulations. Once paid for an event, there is no cancellation on the vendor's part, NO REFUNDS. This contract may be updated at any time with or without notice. -HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Vendor is expressly prohibited from possessing or using any materials, items, substances, or products which are prohibited by law or which otherwise might be considered dangerous or hazardous, including but not limited to, chemicals, bio-hazard materials, flammable or combustible materials or substances, or other products that might potentially compromise the health, safety and well-being of others. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Vendor acknowledges and agrees that it assumes all risk for itself and its employees or agents, at Vendor’s sole cost and expense, for any and all damage, loss, theft, claims, or injury caused to any person, vehicle, personal property, equipment, merchandise and inventory, and/or any other item(s) (“Vendor’s property”) located on or about the premises or used in connection with the purpose, including but not limited to damage, destruction, or injury caused by other individuals or customers, exposure to the elements, acts of nature, or the like. In no event shall Event Host be liable for any loss, damage, theft, destruction, claim, injury or death, whether to person or property, arising out of or related to Vendor's use of the premises, including but not limited to that caused by individuals, shoppers, exposure to the elements, acts of nature, fire, water, or other insurable hazards, and Vendor hereby releases Event Host from any and all liability hereunder. Vendor also expressly agrees that Event Holder is released from any and all liability for and related to any and all consequential damages, special damages and claims for lost profits, as well as attorneys’ fees. WARRANTIES: Event host makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, as to the fitness of, condition of, or suitability of the Premises for the purpose intended and/or actual use of the Premises by Vendor. Event host makes no representation or warranties, whether express or implied, as to the number of customers or patrons who will be present at the Shopping Center or the premises during the Term of this Agreement. LICENSES AND PERMITS: Vendor shall obtain and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, any and all permits, authorizations and licenses necessary for it to engage in the purpose and operate under this Agreement. INDEMNIFICATION: Vendor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Event Holder and Event Holders agents, assigns, affiliates, managers, employees, and representatives from any and all claims arising from or in connection with Vendor’s use and/or occupancy of the premises, or engagement in the purpose hereunder, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of life or limb, and/ or property damage, destruction, or theft. Vendor is responsible for any and all damage that may occur by the vendor's property or set up. -Any other questions or comments please email [email protected] before signing up.
