FIRST ANNUAL MUSIC EDUCATION GROUP FUNDRAISER & BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION IN HONOR OF RIC ROSS, BOARD CHAIRMAN The Music Education Group, Inc., (MEG), is an Atlanta based STEAM 501c3 not-for-profit organization whose mission is to teach students life-skills and career development through music, film and digital media. We are looking forward to working with you as we continue to expose our young people to hands on, technology-based programs inspired by music related careers. We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our 1st Annual Fundraiser, Thursday, August 26, 2021. The event is taking place at Republic, 990 Brady Avenue NW, Atlanta GA 30318. This fundraiser directly supports the youth and their families engaged in our year-long programming and our effort to take a holistic approach to serving families in NPU-V (Neighborhood Planning Unit) in the City of Atlanta. We are currently running Summer Programs at Central Park Recreation Center, 400 Merritts Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308, Adams Park Recreation Center,1620 Delowe Drive SW Atlanta, GA 30311, The Dunbar Multimedia and Technology Center, 477 Windsor Street SW, Atlanta 30312 and the new At Promise Center South, 836 Metropolitan Pkwy SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30310 . 100% of the funds raised for this event will directly support our students. Our partnerships have allowed us to continue to provide STEAM based programs and services to more than 5,000 youth annually through our music programs, entrepreneurship workshops, exposure activities and our holiday giving program. More than ever, these partnerships are key to the success of our organization.
