Mix, mingle and write postcards to Gavin Newsom in support of SB62, The Garment Worker Protection Act. Join us for Remake's Postcards for a Cause Summer Soiree where we'll be mixing and mingling at the new Christy Dawn store in Venice as we unite in support of SB62, The Garment Worker Protection Act. At the event, we'll be writing postcards to Gavin Newsom and raising awareness on why California must step up to protect its garment workers. In addition, a few special guests will be in attendance including Senator Durazo (D-Los Angeles), garment workers from the Garment Worker Center, fashion businesses, and organization partners like Fashion Revolution USA. Drinks will be flowing while pens will be signing...all to some fun beats by DJ Tessa. There's no better way to spend your Thursday night than meeting like-minded people who share your values.
