A guided tour around Downtown La Crosse for Summer Days. This tour explores the great history of La Crosse while featuring local businesses. Tickets are free for the tours. Tours are on Friday, Aug 20th at 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Tours on Saturday, Aug 21st at 11:00am and 1:00pm. Tours are guided by the La Crosse Public Library. Downtown Mainstreet, Inc. (DMI) is responsible for the economic redevelopment and revitalization of downtown La Crosse through collaborative efforts between public and private partners. The organization works to enhance, revitalize, and redevelop La Crosse’s historic central business district through the elements of the organization, design, promotion, and economic restructuring.
