Description
House after renovation needs deep cleaning: walls, floors, counters, windows, carpet and rugs scrubbed down. Minor improvements: sconce installed, electrical sockets replaced, touch up painting, replacement sink installed, etc. Be prepared to wear gloves and masks. Team needs to be local, punctual, and available week days and/or week nights. Approximately 10-12 hours for the team, probably two 5- or 6-hr shifts on different days. Job needs to be wrapped up by 8/15, bonus if job gets finished before then. Work references required.
