Alameda recently passed new legislation that enables home cooks to register and license their kitchens so they can legally sell food that is prepared there. We're looking for cooks in Alameda County who are interested in registering their home kitchens as a Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MEHKO) and having the registration paid for in exchange for helping us better understand the application process.
