We are seeking a highly motivated Installer to help with our remodeling projects in Palo Alto, CA and the surrounding area. Job Duties: • Rough and finish carpentry • Light construction • Cabinet Installation (Frameless, framed, inset cabinets) Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 5 years of successful field construction • Experience working on residential remodeling projects • Must have own truck (tools furnished by business) • Must have a valid California Driver’s License and Insurance Skills & Qualifications: • Construction Experience • Ability to Lift and/or Move 80 lbs • Ability to Climb Ladders • Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others • Handles Pressure, Accuracy, and Attention to Detail, Integrity, and Problem-Solving Skills Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5 years plus Compensation: Top pay, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour based on experience Benefits: • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday through Friday • Weekend availability when needed License/Certification: • Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: • Multiple locations Work Remotely: • No
