Franco American Bakery is looking for a full time Assistant Baker. We are looking for someone with baking experience. You will need to know how to mix dough, read formulas, proof and bake off finished products. You will need to be able to trouble shoot problem and know the bread baking procedures. As assistant baker you will support a Head Baker. This is a high production environment that will give you the opportunity to be intimately involved in running and building the organization, connecting, and building lasting relationships as well as having FUN with your coworkers!
