We are hiring Hot Air Balloon Hospitality Associates and Chase Crew team members; looking for reliable, hard-working, and highly energetic candidates. Get paid to have a fun, exciting, and adventurous job! The hospitality associates assist guests with the check-in process, safety protocols, and balloon boarding. Chase Crew team members assist the pilot with the balloon setup and inflation of the balloon. No experience is required - we will train you. Ballooning is an early morning; outdoor activity and you'll be done before 11 am. It's a great second job! Napa Valley Aloft Balloon Rides is a family-owned and operated business. We have been hot air ballooning over Napa Valley for more than 40 years, offering smaller, private-party hot air balloon flights; it's the premier choice of locals and visitors from around the world. Situated in the heart of Yountville, and recently voted #1 Hot Air Balloon Company by USA Today 10Best! This is a part-time position for a weather-based activity. Compensation: $16.50+ DOE, & Gratuity. Work schedule is weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be able to work early mornings (starting time between 4:30-6:00 am). A valid driver’s license is required.
