Full-time Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm $16.50/hr JOB DESCRIPTION: - Clean front door glass - Vacuum door mats - Clean lobby areas - Pick –up debris in entrances - Clean restrooms, and replace paper, and hand soap - Clean lunch areas, and re-fill dispensers - Spot clean empty consultation rooms - Disinfect open, unattended office areas - Dust monitors - Remove trash, and recycled items - Spot clean conference rooms before, and after use, and rearrange chairs - Disinfect doors, door handles, and switch plates - Respond to all cleaning emergencies - Check janitorial log at the beginning of each shift - Clean common areas - Clean up any spills immediately - Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies, and notify re-order needs - Insure proper signage when wet mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms - Clean window mullions, and trash enclosures - Remove spills, and stains from a variety of surfaces - Make note of needed repairs, and report - Be available to site supervisor for special requests - Maintain all janitorial closets in a clean and orderly manner Must know English because you will have to communicate with the staff of the place.
