A growing commercial refrigeration construction/service company is looking for immediate hire, a full-time WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 2-3 years of construction experience, be dependable, a team player, and have good attendance. Job Description: • Work in the shop to fabricate doors and trim • Build and install insulated panels, columns, and other construction materials to form cold storage rooms, and other low temperature rooms. • Cut, position, and screw down insulated panels to build walls and ceilings • Operate large powered machinery (sheet metal bender) and equipment (e.g., power industrial trucks, aerial lifts). • Work on fabricating cooler and freezer doors for projects. • Cut and bend trim using powered machinery. Qualifications • At least 2-3 years of construction experience • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and reciprocating saw, etc. • Physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance; concentration, and communication skills. • Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 50 pounds. • The ability to understand and communicate information. • Willingness to work overtime and/or occasionally work out of town when necessary to meet project deadlines Requirements • 2-3 years of construction experience • Must be willing to occasionally travel and work overtime/weekend hours. • Must have a valid driver's license. • Preferred training includes: OSHA 10 card, scissor cert, reach lift cert, CPR & First aid. • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
