About six months ago I read on the internet that the Army Corps of Engineers has the power to drain reservoirs for drinking water when they are filled up! Who allowed this? It is rumored they have initiated drainage of Lake Sonoma. Ask the local politicians to investigate and we received no response or they say we have to defer to the Federal branch. That is a lie! We won't fight for ourselves and politicians have a well-deserved reputation of disrespecting the public while protecting their inner Club of politics. You who have read this will probably do nothing. Get ready for more fear Terror and water restrictions based upon one photograph from on top down rather than surveying what's underneath the surface of the water and the depth with photographs. How frustrated it is to know people are afraid to know anything that is not comfortable. This is why we are losing America or have already lost it and refuse to acknowledge it.
