2 healthy happy gray female chinchillas. Both females are incapable of breeding. Only experienced chinchilla owners please. These are not pets that are for everyone. No children please. They cannot be kept in a cage. They are happiest when they can explore safely (away from cords, water, open windows). They have always been together but are not siblings. I want them to stay together. The only interaction I have with them is when I feed them gogi berries by hand several times a day and at night when they play and run around my room and all over me in my bed thinking I am asleep. Other than that, I occasionally catch one of them and can pet her and scratch her for a while until she calms down a bit. For 99% of the time however, they want nothing to do with me. They always run from me but will generally run around a little while I am doing something in my room. They mostly hide. They have free run of my room and it is important that they can run around. They will become very depressed if left in a cage. They need to exercise. They need to be able to run and play. They play hard and are hilarious and super cute. They are an unusual pet with unusual habits and needs. Gogi berries, hay, dust for their baths. They are happy and healthy but will likely never be tame enough to hold regularly. They love when I play guitar. They were gifted to me as a surprise. I really bad one. I have kept them as long as I can. I am sad to let them go, but never wanted them in the first place. Animals should not be shuffled around. They will likely live for 18 more years. I want them to be safe, together and in a stable environment. It is really important to me. These are NOT animals for children. PLEASE do your research. Feel free to call or text me.
