Description

Jones Machine Company, Inc, is looking for a qualified shipping/receiving clerk.  This position is responsible for the daily shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Handles all shipments to customers including; counting, proper labeling, packaging and inventory of all parts. Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. Engage with vendors and drivers for promptly unloading and receiving in and shipping out of material. Maintain our parts inventory and excel worksheets. Ability to lift medium weight boxes.  Nothing over 50lbs. Work closely with QC Department to insure all outgoing shipments meet our customer standards. Maintain a clean and well organized shipping/receiving area. Good working knowledge of computers and comfortable using word docs.
