Press release from the Town of Bedford: August 2, 2021 - 3:23pm Paving Updates: During the week of July 26th, micropaving/microsurfacing work was completed on Shawsheen Road, Old Billerica Road, Route 62 to the town line (except the "s" curve near Autumn Drive), Burlington Road (from Old Billerica to the joint just past Hume Road), and Pine Hill Road. Fog seal (Delta Mist) was completed on South Road, Loomis Street, and Deangelo Drive. Full depth reclamation including reclamation and laying the first binder course has been completed on Sunset Road, Alaska Ave, Oregon Ave, Orchard Road, Hill Road and Franklin Road. This week (week of August 2nd), subject to weather conditions and other factors, the following work is scheduled: Fog seal (Delta mist) on Carlisle Road, Old Billerica Road (the "s" curve and from Noreen to town line), Chelmsford Road and Shawsheen Road. There may be some structure adjustment in the latter part of this week as part of the full depth reclamation process on Sunset Road, Alaska Ave, Oregon Ave, Orchard Road, Hill Road and Franklin Road.
