Looking for some casual band mates

Hello! I am a 21 yr old gal in Seattle and I'm looking for musicians with similar interests who might enjoy learning covers or messing around making new music with me. I have a practice space we can use so it's okay if you don’t, but it wouldn't hurt if you did. In the space I have a keyboard and some guitars, I could possibly even get my drum set over here because that seems convenient. If everything goes well and we fall into something we are happy with we could have performance opportunities but that would be more distant in the future. A little about me: My musical taste is just about as broad as it gets but rn I got a thing for rockabilly (Johnny Cash 😉), also music from the 60s/70s, as well as more modern alternative rock (is mitski alt rock?). I’ll share my Spotify playlists with you haha. I’ve been singing since I was a wee babe I sing to every song in the car even if I don't know the words, I’m that kind of annoying person. I can also play guitar and took some drum lessons when I was younger, but I am less confident in both though absolutely willing to mess around with any instrument till it makes cool sounds. In high school I did a band program with kaleidoscope school of music where we learned covers every week and then performed around Issaquah for events. I have mostly just been doing things with friends and my dad in the most recent years. Before the pandemic I was also vocally training for musical theater performance and was performing with Bellevue College, but I am less interested in the creative avenue now. The most fun I have ever had has always been in the practice room messing around with music with some band mates and I'm looking to bring that positivity back in my life. At this point I am seeking some cool friends to jam with so if you are a young-ish person in the Seattle area that is looking for something to do outside of work or school I would love to meet you! Shoot me an email or text with what instruments you feel confident about and any you just dabble around with, and I'll try to organize something that works for everyone involved. I am currently seeking anyone who can play guitar/piano/drums/bass but even if you are a fiddle player we could work something out. Also include a little bit about yourself and what music you like and we can get to know each other. Open to seeing what this ad (the universe) will bring to me.
