EAST HAVEN, CT — Ahead of the 2021-22 school year, East Haven Public Schools are hiring for 52 positions. The school system is looking for 15 paraprofessionals/aides – including four special education paraprofessionals – and is hiring an art teacher, music/band teacher, and science teacher for East Haven High School. At the middle school level, the school system is looking for a language arts teacher, an eighth grade science teacher, a special education teacher and a long-term substitute special ed teacher. It is also hoping to hire a long-term substitute teacher for third grade. Additionally, the school system is looking for substitute teachers, nurses, paraprofessionals and custodians.
