SAN RAFAEL, CA — A freeway pursuit Monday night ended in San Rafael with the arrests of two suspects on outstanding warrants, The Richmond Standard reports. The pursuit began when Richmond police officers at around 9:15 p.m. tried to pull over a vehicle at 19th Street and Barrett Avenue, the report said. The suspect vehicle was wanted in connection with a San Mateo Police Department catalytic converter theft probe, the report said. One suspect was booked on six arrest warrants and the other on three outstanding warrants, the report said. Read more in The Richmond Standard
