BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently. Michael Giuseppe Ciampa, 35, of Forest Street in North Andover, Massachusetts, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of punching another person in the face and causing a nasal bone fracture on April 15 in Salem. Victoria Cleveland, 43, of Howard Street in Nashua on a felony theft by deception charge. Between Sept. 1, 2017, and Dec. 29, 2018, she was accused of stealing from Skovron Mechanical Services in Raymond by accepting payment of invoices and depositing them into her own account. Robert E. Crowley, 61, of Highland Street in South Hamilton, MA, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Dec. 15, 2020, in Portsmouth. Ryan P. Davidson, 38, of Shady Lane in Plaistow on sale of fentanyl-death resulting and sale of fentanyl charges on July 31, 2020, in Plaistow. William J. Droll, 37, of Ocean Boulevard in Seabrook on felony tampering with witnesses and informants. He was accused threatening a witness after a stalking charge on Nov. 22, 2020, in Portsmouth. Gail Eaton, 65, of Oak Street in Northwood on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise and clothing from JCPenney in Newington on March 7. Twice before, she was convicted on theft charges. Robin Whitney Feehan, 58, of North Raymond Road in Gray, Maine, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Feb. 16 in Portsmouth. Kristen G. Ferry, 32, of Mercury Drive in Londonderry on theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property, both felonies charges. She was accused of stealing a 2015 Honda Civic on Dec. 16, 2020, in Londonderry. Luke J. Foster, 20, of Candia Road in Manchester on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and three reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting a shotgun at a vehicle occupied by others on May 9 in Deerfield and Northwood. Robert Shane Fournier, 54, of Main Street in Oriskany, New York, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Nov. 12, 2020, in Salem. Carlos Soto Fuentes, 37, of Maple Street in Nashua on a felony accomplice to burglary charge. He was accused of driving a woman to the scene on Sept. 25, 2018, in Derry and aiding in breaking a window at B&H Oil and Dunkin' Donuts in Derry. Kaitlyn McGovern was accused of also being involved with the crime.
