More Than 4,000 Attend National Night Out In Concord

CONCORD — National Night Out in Concord was deemed a success on Tuesday with big crowds and a lot of fun had by all. Police estimated the crowd count to be around 4,300 people during the three-hour event at Rollins Park — one of the largest turnouts ever for the event. A good time was had by all. On a personal note, thank you to all of the readers who stopped by the Patch tent to say "Hi" and hang out. I really appreciated the conversations and so many readers sharing their thoughts with me.
