Minute and exotic shorthair

I have a 1ish year old female standard minuet. (Short legs) she likes other cats but does not like people. Litter trained. $100 adoption fee. These cats are not related I also have a 1ish year old orange male exotic shorthair. This cat has an awesome personality but I will be honest I have caught him peeing on things in the basement. Never on the main level of our home so unsure if this will be an issue he takes with him $100.
