Elmhurst Man Among Latest DUI Arrests: Cops

ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police arrested three people on DUI charges in the last few days. Here is information from the reports: Oscar Gonzalez Vergara, 34, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 12:30 a.m. Saturday at Lake Street and Interstate 290 on charges of DUI, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond. Hector Aponte, 34, of Chicago, was cited about 2:30 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of West North Avenue on charges of DUI and tinted windows. He was released on bond. Dylan McNish, 27, of Oakwood Hills, was arrested about 7:30 a.m. Friday at Route 83 and North Avenue on charges of DUI (drugs) and improper lane usage. He was released on bond.
