Free cat, I need to find her a good home!

I need to find a good home for a 3 year old cat. She is an excellent, no indoor problem cat. Jojo is loving, has her claws but claws nothing except her scratching post. She is not spade but I would pay for her to be spade at your request. She has never shown any sign of being in heat, nor does she try to dart outside. Why am I trying to find her another home? I did not ask for the cat, my step daughter and her kids had to come live with us and brought the cat with her, but a year ago they moved out but didn't take the cat as the guy she went to live with doesn't like cats, I have a puppy that gets into the litter box and once again, I never wanted a cat at all. However, I don't have the heart to dump Jojo at a shelter. She is fine with other animals, is affectionate, and has zero health problems. Wonderful cat for a cat person!
