Press release from the City of Champaign: August 2, 2021 The City of Champaign encourages residents to join us for a fun Community Engagement Activity on August 10, 2021, and to provide feedback and suggestions on how the City can best utilize the $25.2 million in Federal funding the City is receiving through the American Rescue Plan. The first Community Engagement Activity starts at 5:30 pm and will be followed by a repeat session at 7:00 pm. Both events will be held at the Illinois Terminal (4th floor, 45 E.
