UPPER WEST SIDE, NY – The NYPD is seeking information following a shooting that took place on the Upper West Side early Tuesday morning. According to police, shots were fired at the New York City Housing Authority's Douglass Houses at West 102 St. and Columbus Ave. No one was injured, police said.
