Pray for me, for I am so helpless and alone, Make use of that particular privledge given to you to bring visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need with the help of heaven in all my necessities and tribulations and sufferings (Here make your request to St. Jude) that that I may praise God with you and and the elect forever. that I may receive the consolation and the help of heaven I promised O Blessed St. Jude to be ever mindful of this great favor and to honor you always as my special powerful patron and greatfully encourage devotion to you, Amen.
