Looking for mini "farm" handyman/help

Just moved into the area & bought 5 acres just inside Osage County, between the Osage Casino & Turley. I have a new electric panel, with over half the overheads & outlets on one circuit & want to separate some onto 5-6 empty circuits. One of the wires is not Romex, which may be why I'm showing missing grounds, missing neutrals & lots of dirty electricity on the outlets. I'd like to put a grounding rod on the panel & see if maybe that help with 5 dysfunctional outlets & an overhead light (bulbs & switch replaced) I'd also like someone who can build a small goat shelter for 2 dwarf goats & 2 chickens (coming in the future) Also possibly who can operate a bobcat to dig a pit for an underground garden or set one up in a basement garage.
