Shared studio in the Arts and Industry Building

Looking for someone to share a studio in the Arts and Industry Building in Florence. 4th floor, near the bathrooms. There is a freight elevator in the building, but this space still has a small set of stairs between it and where the elevator lets you off. Two big windows get some morning light. The total space is 500 SQ feet, and the part that I'm looking to fill is 165sq feet, against the interior wall, near the door to the hallway. Rent for you would be $175, plus insurance. I'd like to put up some type of folding screens or bookshelves to partition the space off. The ceilings are pretty high and there are two florescent lights My name is Catherine and I am an artist, mostly working in printmaking, drawing and sewing at the moment. Currently sharing the space with my partner, Whitney, who uses it occasionally for her woodworking projects and for when we collaborate on things, but I am the primary user. We are both vaccinated. I work at a bakery during the day so I am often at the studio in the afternoons/ evenings after work and during mornings a day or two each week.
