Lost black & white kitty

Isaac is missing. Please help us to bring our guy home. He's a 1.5 year old indoor kitty, a bit flabby around the belly but very cute. Black & white "tuxedo" cat. He has a black face & nose, white mustache, white on his chest and belly and paws. His back legs are white in a "one sock up, one sock down" pattern. His tail tip is white. He is probably very scared to be outside. He's very sweet. He went missing near Old Sauk & Sauk Ridge Trail, west of Crestwood Elementary school but east of Gammon. Thank you so much for any help.
