MOST OF WORK DONE IN YOUR HOME OR CAR after procuring items to deliver Pay within 24-48 hrs from submission of timesheet (CashApp Venmo) [As long as products are received] $8 to 10 hr, reimbursed for used gas, I cover glove purchases Performance-based raises considered at 3 months WHY I'M HIRING: Underlying condition/s require me to shelter, which means I must wash delivered products, but I cannot because of hand skin condition (contact derm due to chem sensitivity) If I don't wash packaging, I raise my risk (due to underlying condition/s) during pandemic If I do wash, I significantly hurt my hands (due to chemical contact derm); from end March-Nov, this made life difficult, once I hired asst., hands started looking semi-normal, but still not norm. I simply cannot recede and need to hire someone to be my hands, so to speak). Was told to keep away from too much water soap & gloves due to chem sensitivity... virtually impossible during a pandemic... thus, the situation. FORMER ASST MADE ABOUT 2K PART TIME OVER 4 MNTHS OR SO... SIDE JOB (8.00/hr M-F - 10.00/hr Sat Sun)...gas paid, gloves paid Recent asst made 300.00 a week before she was exposed to covid in a private setting with another. I was very behind acquiring items. So she made more than prior asst due to more hours (for a time). Job might yield about $300 during 1st week, maybe 2nd, as well. Then when we get caught up, perhaps 125 to 150 week, roughly. Position includes: GET GROCERIES with personal shopper close attention STORE PRODUCTS and/or WASH/WIPE PACKAGING ACCORDING TO DETAILED INSTRUCTS (if you happen to desire more hours...if not, pick-up & delivery is fine). DELIVER NO CONTACT TO MY BACK PATIO ON THE JOB PAID TRAINING 1ST WEEK (possibly 2nd & 3rd, paid during that time to learn necessary protocols) I REIMBURSE GAS I PAY GLOVES OTHER POSSIBLE PROJECTS if applicant can facilitate them, for extra hours/pay LOOKING FOR SOMEONE: WITHOUT COVID in household Must wear masks & gloves High-protocol (taking pandemic seriously) with a conscientious in/of reducing risks Detail-oriented & open to being trained in specifics required for this position. Dependable Courteous Communicative (includes clarity, call & text accessibility, heightened listening skills with desire for understanding necessary concepts & proper applications of)...Bluetooth earbuds highly helpful but can consider those without Professional character traits Open to detailed instructs & specifics necessary for my circumstances PAID: DRIVE TIME TO FROM ERRANDS TO FROM DROP OFF TO MY BACK PATIO. PAID TIME ON-TASK AT ERRANDS, IN STORES, OR WAITING AT CURBSIDE & FOR PRELIMINARY PREPARATIONS (including touchpoint wipe downs: keys, phone, door handles, car touchpoints, etc., wiping counters in your kitchen before bagging, is preference...or substitute preferred plan with further protocol for keeping items in store's bags) (plus gas reimbursement)... The more I pay you to do, the less chance I have of hands receding into contact dermatitis again, while reducing my risk due to underlying conditions. Be my hands, so to speak.
