CONCRETE FINISHER Sound Crete Contractors Inc. is a highly respected subcontractor and installer of lightweight gypsum underlayment, acoustical sound mats, floor leveling compounds, waterproofing systems, lightweight concrete, and hard-rock concrete in the construction industry. You will be joining a successful organization that prides itself in providing our operational staff a climate of fairness and respect and will work hard to gain your respect and trust. We are looking for full-time talented concrete finishers for Hardrock & Lightweight Concrete. Experienced with Multi-Family building, balconies & breezeways. Need to be dependable, early-riser and hard-working. COMPENSATION Starting at $23 per/hour (Higher for Experienced Finishers) Additional $1 per/hour for Class C/D Driver Additional $2 per/hour for Experienced Finishing Foreman BENEFITS • Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) after 90 days • 401K with Company Contribution Also Looking for Skilled Tradesmen: Flashing - Galvanized and Bonderized metal flashing installed prior to waterproofing. Waterproofing - Fluid/Liquid Applied over wood framing at upper floors. Deck/Traffic Coatings - Standard Knockdown Finish – WestCoat & StoneEdge. Finishers - Gypsum Underlayments & Self Leveling Underlayments. Sound Mat Installers – Experienced Sound Mat installers. Pump Operators - Gypsum Underlayment and Hardrock Concrete. CDL Construction Drivers - Fleet vehicles typically 10-wheeler with trailer Class C/D Drivers - Fleet vehicles F-550 to F-250 Heavy Laborers – Able to lift 80lbs continuously throughout shift.
