We are looking for a Full Time Porter to join our team at Lakehouse Hotel in the beautiful city of San Marcos. We offer competitive benefits, PTO, discounts and more! Description The porter will work under the grounds maintenance team and will provide support related to outdoor building cleanliness and basic landscaping, grounds care, with a focus on overall upkeep of the resort. Requirements -Carry out basic grounds maintenance and facilities management -Building cleanliness including but not limited to, cobwebs, bird drippings, sweeping sidewalks and entrances, flower planters and parking lot detail -Assist with Even Site preparation and cleanliness for weddings, members, guests and corporate business. -Assist with basic landscaping such as trimming, raking, blowing, weed control including use of backpack sprayer. -Ability to assist the Golf and Grounds Depts., with other required tasks as set forth by the sales team, management, and/or outside contractors. -Understanding the focus on priorities, guests concerns or needs, and overall upkeep of the resort. -Ensure equipment and facilities are safe, clean and organized. -Report any safety concerns or violation to supervisors.
