JESUS Please help. I got scammed. Please help

Hi I hope anyone of you GOD fearing good people can Help a 12 year old. Here is the story I will keep it short, I sold a mini desktop for my son for his community project ( for Seton church in MILFORD. Festival on Aug12th) he wanted to participate it. Buyer Paid, I printed the UPS Label and it was POBOX which I did not realize at the time. I dropped it off to UPS Location. Buyer emailed me after 5 days that He did not get package and when I saw the status It showed me a msg that on UPS site that UPS wont ship to POBOX and will send it back to sender. I explained the buyer which told me it was a BOX # and ebay may have mistakenly printed POBOX. In short, He was nice so far and Told me when I get the package I can send it to his home address which He gave me. So I did Priority shipping and send it same day to him when I got the Package. After 5 Days he Left me a good feedback and I even refunded him $35 out of all the time issue factor. Now I sold a wireless card. It was incompatible so buyer wanted to send it back. Instead of him sending him back I just offered him that I can issue full refund and he can just recycle the card. Buyers agree. Now this now came to my problem, I issued refund to the desktop guy ( which I sold for over $200) than the wireless card( $5). Obviously it was a mistake, I called eBay and they showed me a way to g his phone number, So I called the Gentlemen and he said He is very nice person and surely give my money back once the eBay payment will clear. Now its been lot of time passed he He wont answer my call or neither refund. I called and emailed him everyday since payment cleared and He will not answer anything. A thought did crossed my mind that he may be in situation where He cant respond, so I waited again and tried again nothing, Now My cousin Live about 200 miles from him with same area code so I asked her to call him and see If He answers, which He did right away according to her. I don't want to involve my cousin so I told her just to check if that person (Chris) is answering Ebay said I have no recourse other than filing a fraud charged etc etc. I think it will cost more to do that than money He owe me, His lives on 4000 block of Polk Ave, San Diego, CA 92105( cant give his home address and his phone code start with 9 for privacy. Please some one out there help me, Its for my son, I already gave him money from my own account but as You guys know, time is hard. Anybody willing to help me or advice me, I will be praying you for rest of my life. I can even provide his phone number, If someone in law enforcement can just give him a call and ask him to do right thing. Thank You for reading and be safe.
