** Starting Pay $25.00/hour - Based on Experience ** * Full-Time * Year-Round Work * Benefits * Start Immediately * We're looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman for our Landscape Construction team. We generally work Monday-Friday and our work hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm, we only occasionally work on Saturdays. Requirements: - landscape and/or construction experience is preferred - leadership experience is an advantage - active/current Irrigator’s license is a plus - must be dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude - bilingual is preferred (speaking English and Spanish both) - must be able to pass pre-employment drug-screen - must have a valid Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record - must have the ability to successfully lead and direct a 2-4 person crew Duties: - consistently deliver quality projects on-time and within budget - safely lead crew members to complete projects with high quality results - accurately and efficiently direct and equip crew members daily - ensure crew members’ hours are recorded accurately via mobile time-keeping system - purchase project materials and schedule material deliveries Benefits: - company vehicle and fuel card - retirement plan with employer matching funds - employer paid health insurance for employees - optional dental and vision insurances - paid vacation and holidays - employer provided uniform shirts & hats - annual boot allowance - employee referral program - steady year-round work If you're qualified and ready to go to work, please contact us today!
