Re homing puppy

I’m re homing a 14 week old min pin terrier mixed puppy ( that’s what the previous owner says but I don’t have proof) that I added to our family 1 1/2 weeks ago. I will gladly be transparent in reasons why when we talk if interested. Some issues are that he needs to be in a home without young children because he jumps and bites ( not an aggressive dog at all just very hyper.) I do think he would be fine around other animals but I need to emphasize that he takes a lot of attention. I have just lost my job and cannot afford to get training for him amongst other needs.I added him to our family and was misled by the person I received him from and he’s not appropriate for our home. I paid 600 for him ( she stated she paid 800) and would honestly appreciate a rehoming fee of 300 which is negotiable, I just want him to have a truly good fit because he deserves it.
