Construction helper / Handyman

I’m looking for a guy or two that knows a variety of construction trades that I can use on a part time basis. You don’t need to know every trade but more importantly have a good work ethic and willing to listen. I am involved in various projects: residential, rental properties, light commercial and new construction. I have a few smaller ones going right now that could use a little help but trying to also build a relationship for future project forthcoming. Some projects I am physically doing the work and need a hand and some projects I am managing and need a guy to do a variety of trades and tasks for the project. Some projects would require the need of unskilled labor as well (demolition, cleaning etc.) to keep the job moving. I am not looking for a full on construction company or anyone with overhead that would be passed along, I’m looking for a guy or two I can rely on and call when needed. Please reply with your rough knowledge and skill set along with your typical pay rate. Age and where about you are located would be useful as well.
