Female lab/ beagle rescue needs rehomed

She is a spayed rescue that does best with no young children in the home. This is only because she's unsure of the sporadic movements kids tend to make. She is a great family dog besides that point. She was in a shelter before we got her, and like many dogs, is afraid of thunderstorms and loud, sudden noises like that. She's such a lover, and thrives on praise, being pet, and is very food-motivated. This is SUPER helpful with training. She doesn't run off and aims to please. Many times we have her in the unfenced yard without a leash, because she's just that well behaved. She will chase animals smaller than her. She gets along VERY well with other dogs! :) She prefers female humans initially but warms up quickly to a gentle, kind male. We're going to be extending our family so we need to rehome her. Asking a $50 rehome fee please. Shots will need to be updated.
