Requirements: - Experience with thin-set and mortar tile setting - Ability to snap a line and fit tile to specific measurements - Ability to use tile cutter to cut angles to fit tile - General masonry experience - Experience applying stucco - Ability to build wood forms and wrap them in tile We have a large 3 acre property in Sherman oaks that we have been improving for 3 years since 2018 We have trusted guys that have been working with us for years and we are looking to add more labor. As of now we are looking for one person with the above qualifications who can work at a rate of $200 per day to help us with various improvements all over the property such as -outdoor and indoor tile setting -upkeep and maintenance of concrete walkways -general groundskeeping tasks The work is ongoing and there are various projects all across the property. If you have other skills such as electrical, gardening, drip irrigation etc it is a bonus and we will be able to keep you busy with many things.
