Hi, I need a reliable helper for many personal and business tasks that mostly require physical effort like moving stuff, small repairs at home and office, my car, errands like shopping or dropping something off, etc. Basically nothing complicated since most of the things I can do myself and I am a young woman without any technical education. It does take some strength, focus, attention to detail, ability to follow certain instructions for performing the specific tasks, simple communication skills(enough to understand each other without many repetitions, mistakes or frustration), punctuality and it won’t hurt if you are 420 friendly like me. I can offer hourly pay (negotiable), housing(temporary), other $ opportunities (if you are reliable and motivated) and expect you to be a normal person maybe in 20-25 years, no criminal records, no drugs or anything crazy or weird and I have 0 bs tolerance so if you have any unclean intentions better skip my ad as I am very mean with those who try to take advantage of me :) In addition there are very nice opportunities around me if you have brains and you not lazy, plus I think I’m a cool friend and a business lady that you will be pleased to meet, I suppose :) If you don’t have a car, don’t worry I can pick up/drop off, room/space is an option, help you get a car… the point is to get things done right without stress for me and in timely manner.
