Property Management Company is looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to cover rental upkeep! JOB DUTIES: - Maintain rental properties - Turning units for new tenants - Painting, drywall repair, fixing/installing light fixtures, installing brand new appliances, light plumbing, flooring, light carpentry tasks - Cover driving area of San Fernando Valley into Downtown Los Angeles MUST HAVES: - 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician - Maintenance capabilities such as drywall, framing, tiling, flooring, and painting - Light plumbing and electrical (i.e changing faucets and garbage disposals) - Strong customer facing skills & ample experience - Able to prioritize different projects with competing deadlines - Reliable, show up on time every day - Vehicle and valid license JOB DETAILS: - Rate: $25 p/h - Typical work week M to F or T to S - Hours: 6:30AM 3:00PM - This is a long term position - Health benefits References, drivers & background checks will be required.
