Vascular Cures is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting vascular disease. We want to engage patients as partners in the design of medical research. This project, funded by a grant, aims to create a one-of-a-kind group of experts who meet online once every six months. We believe that PATIENTS are the only true experts on their personal experience, and you will be paid for sharing your personal experience. We are interested in having you participate in this working group if that would be of interest to you. Some quick details about this project: - This is a two-year, paid engagement project - The group will meet 5 times over the 2-year project. Four meetings will be held online; one meeting will be held in-person with paid travel. - The working group start date has yet to be decided, but will likely start in the Fall of 2021 - We’re looking for individuals who have been diagnosed with CLTI and are medically stable, including folks with Peripheral Artery Disease and severe limb pain - We are also looking for people and/or live-in caregivers impacted by CLTI Please reply to this post if you are interested or have questions.
