Fast-paced Property Management Company seeks a Full-Time Painter for apartments and exterior paint assignments. Job duties include, but not limited to: Performs all types of interior and exterior apartment painting work. Assists in a variety of maintenance and repair work related to the preparation of various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, sandblasting or other means as necessary. Additional duties may include graffiti removal, stucco repairs and painting the common areas of apartment buildings. Mixes, matches, and blends various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties. Caulks, putties, cements or plasters holes and cracks. Paints buildings, structures, equipment, and furniture using brush, spray gun or other applicator. Prepares wall and hangs paper or other wall covering material. Cleans and stores tools and equipment and cleans work sites. Works in inclement weather and emergency situations. Maintains and completes time sheets with detailed notations of work completed. Other duties may be assigned. Job requirements include: Previous painting experience. Reliable transportation that can be used for work purposes. Proof of legal right to work in the United States. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
