Commercial Janitorial Company is seeking a qualified Custodian-Porter Full Time- Mon-Fri Work Hours 7:00AM to 4:00PM (Multiple Locations) Must have CA DL English Speaking -(Bi-Lingual) Duties are but not limited to: Window cleaning, inside Traveling to different locations (Company Vehicle will be supplied) Misc. Cleaning Detail cleaning & Disinfecting Specialty Cleaning General Cleaning MUST be able to pass background check. Must have Custodial experience. Your Qualifications Must be well groomed. Will be interacting with building tenants & management, and employees. Must be able to read, speak and comprehend English Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in facilities maintenance Experience at a mid size company Ability to be a team player, work well with others Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment Ability to work 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and additional hours as necessary Ability to lift 35+ lbs MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD Must be able to start ASAP Starting Pay $16.50 hr Our company is seeking dedicated, self-motivated, detail oriented individuals that have experience in commercial cleaning and facility maintenance, this position is available ASAP PLEASE EMAIL RESUMES!
