Our firm is taking their years of retail marketing experience and launching a brand new client focused on promotional campaigns in the automotive sector. In order to successfully execute our upcoming events, we are hiring a Mobile Key Technician immediately. The Mobile Key Technician will be responsible for qualifying prospects, managing sales of products and services, executing locksmith duties and programming of car remotes. Responsibilities: -Programing keys, re-keying and cutting to code -Creating automotive keys and programming transponders -Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales -Manage on-site Inventory -Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns -Document and update customer records based on interactions Requirements: -Proven customer service and sales experience -Evaluate customer needs, recommended solutions and quickly build relationships. -Previous experience in Automotive, Installation, sales or related field preferred -Previous sales and customer service experience -Must be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervision -Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised -Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches -Ability to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, enter/ exit other vehicles INTERESTED?
