Hello, First, a little background about me and my biz: I'm a lifelong singer with multiple degrees in sound engineering. My band & duo (covers) has been gigging over 18 years, over 900 events. In recent years, I play 50-60 gigs per year. Fully vaccinated, I've already played 19 events this (unusual) year; I have gigs booked now through December. I virtually never play bars anymore, opting for the wide range of private and community events that pay much more and treat us much better. See website for Client List, Reviews & Videos: goodcopbadcop.rocks WHO I SEEK: I seek an excellent acoustic guitarist who is very adept at looping chords (looping pedal) and playing over them (for soloing, riffing and generally creating big-sounding arrangements). Player must also have a real good voice, a high voice, for harmonies- This is a must. The song list is extensive and very eclectic, covering songs from last 7 decades. You'll need to have a high appreciation for a wide range of popular artists/styles- say, Etta James to Alice In Chains, John Denver to Jefferson Airplane, Grateful Dead to Modern English, Rihanna & TLC to Tom Jones, Counting Crows to Aretha Franklin- on and on, all great songs, and a pretty amazing mix. Naturally, the quicker a learner you are, the sooner I can offer you gigs and pay you. THIS IS WORK FOR HIRE. While most gigs pay between $200 & $300, many pay more. I've payed players up to $880 per gig, and everything in between. (There's no upper limit; it simply depends on the gig.) While I'm curious to learn about your experiences, I'll need to hear you.
