Bent Spokes Through The Smoke is a new community-focused podcast and promotions group. We seek to promote artists of all genres from the Pacific Northwest, with an emphasis on helping entertainers succeed and connecting them with venues that are most likely to help them do that. We want to be your bookmark for the Pacific Northwest Music/Entertainment Scene as we work on expanding our reach. We offer what other local promoters don't by way of events pages, ads, and press releases focusing on the bands/ entertainers and targeting the most likely fans to attend. We seek to partner with the bands/ entertainers for a share of the profits as well as a guaranteed payout. We cover all of the upfront costs of advertising so there is no out-of-pocket expense for the entertainers other than getting to the show and doing what you do! We are also in the process of building a network of venues that will be able to utilize our services. As we get ready to kick things off we are reaching out to bands in the Pacific NW that would be interested in having their music reviewed, or possibly would like to be interviewed on one of the next episodes of Bent Spokes Through The Smoke. All genres of music are welcome to submit a video of your band for review or reach out for an interview. Please at least include an audio sample of your band to be considered for an interview on the podcast. We will review most submissions and all feedback will be constructive, however, we are looking for bands with the most potential for successful promotions and requests for repeat performances from venues. In other words, please have most of the kinks worked out before applying to play a show once we get things going. For now, it's free promotions with the ability to get in front of potential fans and also allow your current fans to see more of you on the web. We look forward to working with you all!
